Have you noticed? I don’t mean precisely here on my Substack (but tbh, there’s that, too). I mean in the world. There’s a rise in fascism and people are waking up. While that is likely a natural counter-balance, the energy on the planet has shifted dramatically but because everything looks the same many don’t realise it’s happening. This is resulting in people acting out and displacing the increased energy. But make no mistake, we’re not living in the same world anymore.
Over the last 2 years, Pluto swayed slowly between the end of Capricorn and the first couple of degrees of Aquarius. Personally, every time it swung into Aquarius I felt a relief, but I also simultaneously noticed a rise in tech take-over and authoritarianism. When it swung back into Capricorn there was a palpable feeling of collective doom, like “will this everrrrr eeeeeend?”.
It did end. The last degrees of Capricorn are notoriously rough terrain. Ask anyone with placements there. They’re often deeply serious folks who, even when they’re having a good time, are keenly aware of what has come before and the weight it bears. Kids born in the last few years will carry this energy forward, making sure there is completion. Because, it did end: we moved on. Life asserts itself and here we are, still battling the same oppressive forces with different tools. If we can guarantee anything in these wild times it’s that life will keep moving forward.
Now that Pluto is well on its way into Aquarius, with no return to Capricorn until February, 2254, we are receiving the next instalment: Neptune moving into Aries. While Pluto and Neptune each carry a different charge, they are both outer planets, so we can expect more collective shifts and changes over the coming years.
Neptune moved into Aries on March 30th, 2025: about a week ago. This came in off the heels of the Equinox and an eclipse at 9° Aries. Ooooof! It’s a lot of energy coming through in a short period of time. This ingress has been long anticipated for a few reasons. One is that Aries is the exaltation of the Sun, and Neptune is the planet that represents our relationship to multi~dimensionality. This suggests great opportunities for awakening, for reaching toward that place where the Sun illuminates truths, breaking new ground and spawning something new, collectively. Secondly, it makes a direct aspect (line of sight) to Pluto, both in yang, or masculine signs: fire and air. (For the record, I’m not in the camp where we can’t use “masculine and feminine” as astrological terms, but I am in the camp of understanding what you mean if you do say that.)
So, the two most outer planets in our Solar System (that’s classifying Pluto as a planet and remembering that Ceres is there, too) are now in aspect with each other. This is a bit like your neighbour cutting down the hedge that divides your driveways so that it clears the line of sight to the neighbours across the road. You can now see each other. Because of this you get more information about who they are, how they live, who they are friends with, and there’s increased potential for interaction because…shock horror! You might see each other and have a conversation. Considering Pluto is in Aquarius, there’s likely to be a fair amount of online sleuthing before IRL contact is made, but Neptune in Aries already knows Pluto is doing that. Intuition, vibrational and frequency awareness just got a booster charge. Whatever metaphysical or “spiritual” pursuits you’ve been undertaking in the last 15 years are about to get fine tuned. Expect things to manifest at the speed of light. Expect latent gifts to come online, and to gravitate toward different people and situations.
There’s more to this, especially as Saturn will soon join Neptune (booooo) and Uranus approaches the end of Taurus, but for now…keep the vibes high. Talk to the trees because they are the best example we have of staying grounded and holding the change while sending our antennas out into the cosmos to pick up a new signal.
Always appreciate your insights! Happy to see this in my feed this morning ✨✨
